侯西洋、男、博士研究生、北卡羅萊納州立大學博士聯合培養，講師、碩士生導師，擔任湖南省技術經濟與管理現代化研究會理事，擔任《管理科學學報》、《運籌與管理》、《系統科學與數學》等雜志審稿人。
