附：請仔細檢查房間內設施，如發現破損物品，請讓樓管在入住表上標注，以便物業進行維修。

PS: Please check your room facilities carefully, report any broken items or not-workable items to the reception staff and mark on the Check-in form. The Service Department will later get them repaired.

留學生公寓情況：

International Student Appartment:

宿舍有單人房、雙人房類型，有以下設施：

There are single, double available with the following facilities inside:

1、24小時熱水（免費）24hrs hot water (free)

2、電視機（免費）Television set.

3、空調（免費）Air condition.

4、網絡（第一次開戶費用50元，15元/月）Internet connection, RMB 15 per month with connection fee of RMB 50.

5、廚房（免費）Public kitchen (free)

6、洗衣機（宿舍一樓）： Washing Machine(First floor of the dorm)

每人每學期有不同的免費用電額度(單人間1000度，雙人間1500度)，超過用電按0.64元/度收費。

Every student has a different amount of free electricity per semester(1000Units for single room, 1500Units for double room). If you finish using the given amount, you should pay at 0.64rmb per unit.

提示Tips:

1、 飲用水，在值班室購買，7元/桶You can purchase mineral water at the duty room at RMB 7 yuan / barrel.

2、 非本宿舍的人員不能留在宿舍住宿，晚上23:00以前必須離開。Visitors shouldn’t stay overnight in the dormitory, please leave before 23:00 pm.

3、 晚上23:00以后不能開音樂或者吵鬧，以免影響他人休息。Please do not make noises or play music after 23:00.

4、 電卡和鑰匙在宿舍值班室領取，丟失要賠償。Please get your electricity card and key upon your arrival at the duty room in the dormitory. Keep them well and you need to pay fees as compensation if you lost them.

5、 如果人為損壞宿舍財物，也要按價賠償。Please take care of the hostel and dormitory properties. Keep them well and you need to pay fees as compensation if you broke them accidentally.

6、 校園卡到留學生辦公室找老師辦理. Students can get Campus cards International Students Office
